Ce qui\u00a0justifie un\u00a0remboursement des sommes pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es. \u00ab Faux \u00bb conteste son ex-mari : pour qu\u2019il\u00a0soit tenu de rembourser les sommes pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es, il aurait fallu,\u00a0selon lui, que l\u2019argent\u00a0soit utilis\u00e9 pour servir son patrimoine personnel ou qu\u2019il\u00a0en ait r\u00e9sult\u00e9 un profit\u00a0personnel pour lui. Ce qui n\u2019est pas le cas ici : le\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire des sommes pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es\u00a0est, en effet, sa m\u00e8re et non lui. D\u00e8s lors, il\u00a0ne doit rembourser aucune somme.<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab Exact \u00bb, confirme le juge !
