Peu apr\u00e8s, il sollicite en justice\u00a0l\u2019autorisation de se pacser avec sa compagne. Mais son fils demande au juge de refuser cette demande,\u00a0estimant\u00a0que son p\u00e8re n\u2019a plus toutes ses facult\u00e9s\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Le fils explique alors au juge, rapport m\u00e9dical \u00e0 l\u2019appui, que les \u00ab fonctions ex\u00e9cutives \u00bb de son p\u00e8re sont\u00a0atteintes et que c\u2019est sous l\u2019influence de sa compagne qu\u2019il souhaite se pacser. \u00ab Faux \u00bb lui r\u00e9pond son\u00a0p\u00e8re : si\u00a0ses facult\u00e9s sont atteintes, son esprit est encore suffisamment clair.
