Rapidement, des\u00a0grenouilles\u00a0viennent habiter pr\u00e8s de cette mare. Trop de grenouilles, selon son voisin qui, parce\u00a0qu\u2019elles sont\u00a0particuli\u00e8rement bruyantes, r\u00e9clame le comblement de la mare.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Ce que refuse le propri\u00e9taire : le bruit des grenouilles est normal et naturel, rappelle-t-il, d\u2019autant qu\u2019ils\u00a0habitent \u00e0 la campagne. Il ne voit donc pas pourquoi il devrait combler la mare. Son voisin rappelle\u00a0alors que\u00a0si le bruit des grenouilles est naturel, la mare, elle, ne l\u2019est pas. Et cette mare a \u00e9t\u00e9 creus\u00e9e\u00a0sans\u00a0autorisation \u00e0 10 m\u00e8tres de sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 au lieu des 50 m\u00e8tres r\u00e9glementaires.
