Une fois la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de prestation de serment pass\u00e9e, il distribue dans les salles\u00a0d\u2019audience et dans les cases de ses anciens confr\u00e8res des faire-part annon\u00e7ant sa nouvelle profession\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>\u2026 \u00e0 tort, selon la chambre d\u00e9partementale des huissiers de justice qui voit dans la distribution de faire-part un d\u00e9marchage de potentiels clients.\u00a0Or, le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de la profession interdit le d\u00e9marchage de client\u00e8le. La chambre estime donc que le nouvel huissier doit \u00eatre\u00a0sanctionn\u00e9 sur le plan disciplinaire. Ce que conteste ce dernier : les faire-part \u00e9tant purement informatifs et visant simplement \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir ses\u00a0anciens confr\u00e8res de son changement d\u2019activit\u00e9, il estime n\u2019avoir pas d\u00e9march\u00e9 de client\u00e8le\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p>\u2026 \u00e0 raison, pour le juge !
