Mais ce dernier lui explique que le courrier est une simple invitation \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la loterie. M\u00e9content, le particulier saisit la justice.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il rappelle que l\u2019organisateur d\u2019une loterie qui annonce un gain sans mettre en \u00e9vidence l\u2019existence d\u2019un al\u00e9a s\u2019oblige volontairement \u00e0 le d\u00e9livrer. Ce qui est le cas puisque sur le courrier, il est \u00e9crit en tr\u00e8s gros caract\u00e8res \u00ab remise confirm\u00e9e d\u2019un montant de 5 000 \u20ac \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais pour l\u2019organisateur, le courrier fait bien mention d\u2019un al\u00e9a. Ce que va confirmer le juge : d\u2019une part, parce que le courrier mentionne en tr\u00e8s petit caract\u00e8re \u00ab information concernant le 1er prix en jeu garanti \u00bb, d\u2019autre part, parce que les documents contenus dans l\u2019enveloppe ne comportent aucune formule permettant au particulier de croire qu\u2019il a gagn\u00e9 \u00e0 la loterie.
