Si ce dernier accepte le principe du versement d\u2019une telle prestation, il n\u2019est toutefois pas d\u2019accord sur les modalit\u00e9s de calcul retenues par sa future ex-femme\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette derni\u00e8re, pour calculer le montant de la prestation compensatoire qu\u2019elle estime devoir percevoir, tient compte du revenu de son futur ex-mari, du revenu de sa nouvelle compagne et des allocations familiales qu\u2019il per\u00e7oit. Or, sur ce dernier point, son ex-mari n\u2019est pas d\u2019accord. Il consid\u00e8re, en effet, qu\u2019elle ne doit pas tenir compte des allocations familiales puisqu\u2019il ne s\u2019agit pas de \u00ab\u00a0revenus\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et le juge est d\u2019accord avec lui\u00a0! Les prestations familiales sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019entretien des enfants et non au futur ex-mari qui ne fait que les percevoir.
