L\u2019un des fr\u00e8res demande alors \u00e0\u00a0toucher la moiti\u00e9 des\u00a0loyers per\u00e7us durant la location. Ce que refuse son fr\u00e8re\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Le 1er\u00a0fr\u00e8re, pour justifier sa demande, explique que puisqu\u2019il poss\u00e9dait 50 % de l\u2019appartement, il est normal qu\u2019il\u00a0touche 50 %\u00a0des loyers per\u00e7us. \u00ab C\u2019est vrai \u00bb, conc\u00e8de le 2nd\u00a0fr\u00e8re, sauf qu\u2019ils ont tous les 2 convenus d\u2019affecter les\u00a0loyers au\u00a0remboursement d\u2019un pr\u00eat bancaire octroy\u00e9 \u00e0 une SCI dont ils sont associ\u00e9s. D\u00e8s lors, le 1er\u00a0fr\u00e8re ne peut pas\u00a0r\u00e9clamer 50 % des\u00a0loyers per\u00e7us\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p>\u2026 ce que valide le juge !
