Suite \u00e0 son malaise, elle consulte un m\u00e9decin\u00a0qui lui\u00a0prescrit un arr\u00eat de travail en faisant \u00e9tat d\u2019un choc psychologique. Toutefois, la caisse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale refuse de\u00a0prendre en charge\u00a0son accident\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Pour la caisse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, son arr\u00eat maladie ne rel\u00e8ve pas d\u2019un accident professionnel. Elle explique, en effet, que rien\u00a0ne\u00a0prouve que les conditions de l\u2019entretien professionnel soient \u00e0 l\u2019origine du choc psychologique dont fait \u00e9tat l\u2019arr\u00eat maladie. Ce que\u00a0conteste la\u00a0salari\u00e9e : son malaise est survenu sur son temps et sur son lieu de travail. Pour elle, son accident est donc n\u00e9cessairement\u00a0professionnel\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p>\u2026 \u00e0 raison pour le juge ! Le malaise ayant eu lieu sur le temps et le lieu de travail, l\u2019accident rel\u00e8ve n\u00e9cessairement de la l\u00e9gislation\u00a0professionnelle.
