Mais ce b\u00e9n\u00e9volat est incompatible avec la perception d\u2019allocation\u00a0ch\u00f4mage, estime P\u00f4le Emploi\u00a0qui lui r\u00e9clame alors le remboursement des sommes per\u00e7ues \u00e0 ce titre. Ce qu\u2019il refuse\u2026<\/p>\n

L’objet du litige<\/h3>\n

Parce que son b\u00e9n\u00e9volat ne se substitue pas \u00e0 un emploi salari\u00e9, l\u2019ex-salari\u00e9 estime qu\u2019il peut travailler b\u00e9n\u00e9volement chez son ex-employeur et\u00a0conserver les allocations-ch\u00f4mages. \u00ab Faux \u00bb r\u00e9pond P\u00f4le Emploi pour qui les conditions de cumul d\u2019une activit\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9vole\u00a0avec la perception des\u00a0allocations ch\u00f4mages ne sont pas remplies : l\u2019un de ces crit\u00e8res suppose, en effet, que l\u2019activit\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9vole ne soit\u00a0pas exerc\u00e9e chez un ex-employeur. Pour P\u00f4le Emploi, le ch\u00f4meur doit donc rembourser ses allocations ch\u00f4mages\u2026<\/p>\n
