Partant de l\u00e0, cette somme n\u2019est pas d\u00e9ductible au titre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e litigieuse, maintient l\u2019administration fiscale\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un raisonnement que ne partage pas le juge\u00a0: si les honoraires restent imposables l\u2019ann\u00e9e de leur encaissement, pour autant leur remboursement, d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019il ne constitue pas une sanction, ouvre droit \u00e0 d\u00e9duction fiscale l\u2019ann\u00e9e du versement. Le redressement fiscal n\u2019est pas valid\u00e9 ici, tranche le juge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
