Parce qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re que son adversaire est responsable de sa blessure, le joueur r\u00e9clame une indemnisation\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indemnisation que conteste l\u2019assurance de son adversaire qui rappelle que chaque personne est responsable des dommages caus\u00e9s par les choses dont elle a la garde. Ce principe appliqu\u00e9 ici signifie que les 2 joueurs sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme co-gardiens de la balle\u00a0: son client ne peut donc \u00eatre tenu pour seul responsable\u2026 Sauf si le joueur \u00e0 l\u2019origine du dommage sort du cadre du jeu, conteste le joueur, son adversaire ayant ici frapp\u00e9 la balle manifestement sur un acc\u00e8s de col\u00e8re\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que retient le juge\u00a0: la balle ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9e selon une trajectoire qui n\u2019a pas permis la poursuite de l\u2019\u00e9change, l\u2019adversaire exer\u00e7ait seul au moment du dommage les pouvoirs d&rsquo;usage, de contr\u00f4le et de direction sur la raquette avec laquelle la balle a \u00e9t\u00e9 projet\u00e9e vers la victime\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
