M\u00e9content de la d\u00e9cision, il envisage de saisir la Cour de cassation, mais la Cour refuse d\u2019examiner son pourvoi\u00a0: il a agi trop tard\u2026<br>Il lui est rappel\u00e9 qu\u2019il dispose d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de 10 jours suivant la signification de la d\u00e9cision lui confirmant sa condamnation, qui lui a ici \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par un commissaire de justice. Sauf que l\u2019acte de signification du commissaire de justice indique un d\u00e9lai de pourvoi, non pas de 10 jours, mais de 2 mois, manifestement par erreur, constate l\u2019entrepreneur\u00a0: cette information erron\u00e9e l\u2019a donc priv\u00e9 de son droit \u00e0 \u00eatre entendu\u2026<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ce que reconnaissent les juges, pour qui le pourvoi est recevable\u00a0: si le d\u00e9lai de pourvoi court \u00e0 compter de la signification d&rsquo;un arr\u00eat, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 la condition que l&rsquo;information relative aux d\u00e9lais ouverts de pourvoi \u00e0 compter de la signification, et qui appara\u00eet dans un acte dress\u00e9 par un officier minist\u00e9riel, soit exacte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
