Mais l\u2019employeur pr\u00e9voit une p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai, \u00e0 laquelle il finit par mettre fin. Ce que la nouvelle ex-salari\u00e9e conteste\u2026<br>La p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai n\u2019est ici pas valable, selon elle : son but est d\u2019\u00e9valuer ses aptitudes et comp\u00e9tences professionnelles ; or, elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 occup\u00e9 ces m\u00eames fonctions pendant plusieurs mois pour l\u2019entreprise. Parce qu\u2019elle n\u2019est pas valable, la rupture de la p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai doit s\u2019analyser en un licenciement sans cause r\u00e9elle et s\u00e9rieuse\u2026 Sauf qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas eu l\u2019occasion de v\u00e9rifier ses aptitudes professionnelles dans le cadre d\u2019une relation salari\u00e9e, conteste l\u2019employeur\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que conteste \u00e0 son tour le juge : ici, l\u2019employeur a d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019appr\u00e9cier les aptitudes professionnelles de la salari\u00e9e lors de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente relation de travail, quelle que soit la forme. La p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai n\u2019est pas valable\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
