Une demande irrecevable pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019associ\u00e9 minoritaire ayant oubli\u00e9 le principal int\u00e9ress\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 \u00e0 savoir l\u2019associ\u00e9 majoritaire dont le vote est critiqu\u00e9 ! En effet, parce qu\u2019il pense que son vote est fait dans son seul int\u00e9r\u00eat et au d\u00e9triment de celui de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019associ\u00e9 minoritaire qui veut d\u00e9montrer l\u2019abus de majorit\u00e9 aurait d\u00fb mettre en cause l\u2019associ\u00e9 majoritaire, qui est le seul apte \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer le contraire en d\u00e9fendant son choix. \u00ab Superflu \u00bb, selon l\u2019associ\u00e9 minoritaire qui rappelle qu\u2019il ne r\u00e9clame que l\u2019annulation de la d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration sans demande de r\u00e9paration, ce qui le dispense d\u2019assigner l\u2019associ\u00e9 majoritaire\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que confirme le juge : parce qu\u2019il ne r\u00e9clame pas d\u2019indemnisation \u00e0 l\u2019associ\u00e9 majoritaire, l\u2019associ\u00e9 minoritaire n\u2019a pas besoin de le mettre en cause pour que sa demande d\u2019annulation soit valable !<br><a
