futur\u2026.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir appris que son ancienne entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrite, apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9part, sur une liste permettant de percevoir une indemnisation au titre de l\u2019exposition \u00e0 l\u2019amiante, une ex-salari\u00e9e r\u00e9clame cette indemnisation au titre de son pr\u00e9judice d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, applicable dans ce cas\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauf qu\u2019elle a sign\u00e9 une transaction, apr\u00e8s la rupture de son contrat, aux termes de laquelle elle renon\u00e7ait de fa\u00e7on irr\u00e9vocable \u00e0 toute action au titre de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution ou de la rupture du contrat de travail et admettait que plus aucune contestation ne l&rsquo;opposait \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise\u2026 Sauf que la r\u00e9paration de son pr\u00e9judice d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 dont elle peut maintenant se pr\u00e9valoir n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la signature de la transaction, fait remarquer la salari\u00e9e\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauf que la transaction, formul\u00e9e en des termes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, et parce qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9voit que la salari\u00e9e renonce de fa\u00e7on irr\u00e9vocable \u00e0 toute action, l\u2019emp\u00eache d\u2019en introduire une nouvelle, m\u00eame si le dommage survient post\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 sa signature, conclut le juge.<a
