Sauf que cette prestation compensatoire lui est refus\u00e9e, au vu de ses revenus\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie, en effet, de diff\u00e9rentes allocations vers\u00e9es par la caisse d\u2019allocations familiales\u2026 Qui ne doivent pas \u00eatre prises en compte ici, conteste l\u2019ex-\u00e9pouse\u00a0: plus exactement, elle per\u00e7oit une allocation de soutien familial, une allocation pour enfant handicap\u00e9 et des allocations familiales avec majoration parent isol\u00e9, qui sont des prestations destin\u00e9es aux enfants\u2026 et non des revenus \u00e0 proprement parler\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 raison, confirme le juge\u00a0: une prestation compensatoire est fix\u00e9e selon les ressources de l\u2019\u00e9poux qui la verse et les besoins de l&rsquo;\u00e9poux \u00e0 qui elle est vers\u00e9e. Et pour appr\u00e9cier ces besoins, il ne peut \u00eatre tenu compte des prestations \u00e9voqu\u00e9es ici puisqu\u2019elles ne constituent pas des revenus b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant \u00e0 un \u00e9poux\u2026<a
