Mais la titulaire de cette CB conteste ce paiement en ligne\u00a0: elle ne l\u2019a jamais autoris\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle r\u00e9clame alors le remboursement des sommes pay\u00e9es et une indemnisation pour le pr\u00e9judice caus\u00e9\u2026 Sauf que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 apprend que cette personne a, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, confi\u00e9 sa CB et son code confidentiel \u00e0 un ami pour l\u2019achat d\u2019essence, ami qui en a manifestement profit\u00e9 pour louer un bateau sur son site Internet. Une n\u00e9gligence coupable pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u2026 qui n\u2019a pas install\u00e9 de syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur son site web, permettant une v\u00e9rification de l\u2019identit\u00e9 du d\u00e9tenteur de la carte, conteste la titulaire de cette CB pour qui la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est bien responsable\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 tort, confirme le juge\u00a0: la n\u00e9gligence et l&rsquo;imprudence de la titulaire de cette carte, qui l\u2019a remis avec son code confidentiel \u00e0 un amiquelques jours apr\u00e8s avoir fait sa connaissance, sont la cause exclusive de son pr\u00e9judice\u00a0!<a
