Mais quelques jours plus tard, le couple se r\u00e9tracte et demande \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son acompte\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que refuse l\u2019organisatrice qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sur le projet\u2026 Si elle admet que le couple b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9tractation de 14 jours, conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e8gles sur les contrats conclus hors-\u00e9tablissement, elle soul\u00e8ve que le travail qu\u2019elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 va profiter au couple. Elle doit donc \u00eatre pay\u00e9e \u00e0 hauteur de ce qu\u2019elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait\u2026 Mais elle aurait d\u00fb attendre la fin du d\u00e9lai avant de commencer \u00e0 travailler, conteste le couple, qui pr\u00e9cise ne jamais avoir donn\u00e9 son accord pour un d\u00e9marrage anticip\u00e9 de la prestation\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que valide le juge\u00a0: s\u2019il est possible d\u2019entamer le travail et d\u2019\u00eatre pay\u00e9 avant la fin du d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9tractation, il faut n\u00e9anmoins obtenir un accord \u00e9crit du client.
