Mais cette jolie vue dispara\u00eet lorsque son voisin d\u00e9truit le mur d\u2019un m\u00e8tre s\u00e9parant leurs maisons et en reconstruit un autre, haut de 2 m\u00e8tres 30 cette fois-ci\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup trop haut, conteste le propri\u00e9taire qui estime qu\u2019en haussant autant le mur de s\u00e9paration, son voisin commet, \u00e0 son encontre, un trouble de voisinage. \u00ab&nbsp;Non&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb, conteste \u00e0 son tour le voisin qui ne voit pas en quoi le nouveau mur cause un trouble de voisinage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du propri\u00e9taire. D\u2019autant plus qu\u2019une v\u00e9g\u00e9tation importante avait pouss\u00e9e sur le mur d\u00e9truit ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, obstruant d\u00e9j\u00e0 en partie la vue sur mer. En partie seulement, rappelle le propri\u00e9taire qui constate que le nouveau mur obstrue d\u00e9sormais \u00ab&nbsp;totalement&nbsp;\u00bbsa vue sur mer, ce qui change tout\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Et \u00e0 raison, tranche le juge&nbsp;: le voisin doit donc effectuer les travaux n\u00e9cessaires pour que le nouveau mur ne d\u00e9passe pas \u00e0 nouveau un m\u00e8tre de hauteur.<a
