Une demande qui lui est cette fois-ci refus\u00e9e\u2026Sans raison, selon le couple\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Avec raison\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, au contraire, lui r\u00e9pond la commission de surendettement\u00a0: avant de demander le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019une nouvelle proc\u00e9dure de surendettement, le couple a per\u00e7u pr\u00e8s de 8\u00a0000 \u20ac. Une somme qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas utilis\u00e9e pour rembourser ses 14\u00a0000 \u20ac de dettes encore dues. Et pour la commission, ceci est une faute qui justifie de lui refuser le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019une nouvelle proc\u00e9dure de surendettement. Ce que conteste le couple\u00a0: pour lui, parce qu\u2019il a utilis\u00e9 cette somme de 8\u00a0000 \u20ac avant de d\u00e9poser sa nouvelle demande, il ne faut pas en tenir compte pour appr\u00e9cier son dossier, et sa situation de surendettement\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 tort\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, estimele juge qui confirme la d\u00e9cision de la commission de refuser au couple cette nouvelle demande\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow
