Elle lui laisse alors 2 mois pour trouver une nouvelle banque. Un d\u00e9lai trop court, qui justifie qu\u2019il soit indemnis\u00e9, estime le client\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il rappelle, en effet, que la banque est l\u00e9galement tenue d\u2019accorder un pr\u00e9avis \u00ab\u00a0minimal\u00a0\u00bb de 2 mois. Cela signifie donc que le d\u00e9lai peut \u00eatre allong\u00e9 afin de lui permettre d\u2019avoir le temps suffisant pour changer de banque. Un allongement de d\u00e9lai auquel il doit ici avoir droit, notamment en raison de ses nombreux d\u00e9placements qui ne lui permettent pas de s\u2019occuper de ses affaires personnelles. \u00ab\u00a0Non\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9pond la banque, pour qui le client ne d\u00e9montre pas en quoi ce d\u00e9lai de 2 mois est insuffisant pour trouver une nouvelle banque. Elle n\u2019a donc pas \u00e0 l\u2019indemniser\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que confirme le juge\u00a0: le client ne d\u00e9montrant pas en quoi ses nombreux d\u00e9placements l\u2019ont emp\u00each\u00e9 de trouver une nouvelle banque dans le d\u00e9lai imparti, aucune indemnit\u00e9 ne lui est
