Des indemnit\u00e9s dont le montant est contest\u00e9 et discut\u00e9 par les p\u00eacheurs\u2026 et le parc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le parc, le montant de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 doit se calculer en appliquant un coefficient trophique (cela signifie tenir compte de l\u2019incidence de la p\u00eache sur la cha\u00eene alimentaire)\u00a0: la valeur des esp\u00e8ces ill\u00e9galement p\u00each\u00e9es est donc diff\u00e9rente et major\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 leur simple valeur marchande. Mais pour les p\u00eacheurs, il ne faut pas appliquer ce coefficient trophique, car il est purement math\u00e9matique et intellectuel, sans lien avec les faits reproch\u00e9s\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que confirme le juge\u00a0: s\u2019il y a bel et bien une atteinte non n\u00e9gligeable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me marin, il n\u2019a pas pour autant cr\u00e9\u00e9 un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre justifiant l\u2019application d\u2019un coefficient trophique. Les p\u00eacheurs doivent donc indemniser le parc\u2026 mais pas pour le montant qu\u2019il r\u00e9clame\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow
