Un vice cach\u00e9, selon l\u2019acheteur\u2026 qui r\u00e9clame des indemnit\u00e9s\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour lui, m\u00eame si le contre-mur ne pr\u00e9sente pas de fragilit\u00e9, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour maintenir le mur d\u2019origine, qui, lui, est fissur\u00e9 avec risque de basculement. Ce qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cach\u00e9\u2026 D\u2019autant plus que l\u2019acte de vente ne mentionne pas ces travaux, en outre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur la parcelle voisine sur laquelle il n\u2019avait aucune raison de se rendre. Ce qui n\u2019est pas l\u2019avis du vendeur\u00a0: ce contre-mur a justement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9difi\u00e9 pour conforter l\u2019ancien mur v\u00e9tuste. Il n\u2019avait donc pas \u00e0 le mentionner\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que r\u00e9fute le juge\u00a0: le contre-mur a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour maintenir l\u2019ancien mur, preuve de la fragilit\u00e9 de l\u2019immeuble, constitutive d\u2019un d\u00e9faut cach\u00e9, ant\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la vente, et d\u2019une particuli\u00e8re gravit\u00e9 que le vendeur ne pouvait ignorer\u00a0! Il doit donc indemniser son acheteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><a
