C\u2019est l\u2019histoire d\u2019une famille qui souhaite pr\u00e9server sa renomm\u00e9e\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Un p\u00e8re de famille et ses deux enfants demandent d\u2019ajouter \u00e0 leur nom celui de leur m\u00e8re et grand-m\u00e8re en raison, selon eux, d\u2019une menace d\u2019extinction\u00a0: la simple menace de cette disparition suffit \u00e0 justifier cette demande, estiment-ils\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ce qui n\u2019est pas du go\u00fbt d\u2019un cousin de la famille et de son \u00e9pouse, qui eux-m\u00eames portent ce nom, tout comme leurs deux enfants : faute de r\u00e9elle menace d\u2019extinction, justement pour cette raison, l\u2019ajout de ce nom n\u2019est pas l\u00e9gitime selon eux. Sauf qu\u2019il est important de perp\u00e9tuer la m\u00e9moire de leur ascendant, qui s\u2019est illustr\u00e9 lors d\u2019une c\u00e9l\u00e8bre exp\u00e9dition navale en commandant un des navires qui a compos\u00e9 la flotte : m\u00eame si ce nom \u00ab illustre \u00bb est encore port\u00e9 dans la famille, il n\u2019en reste pas moins menac\u00e9 d\u2019extinction, estime le p\u00e8re de famille\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 tort, tranche le juge, qui partage le m\u00eame constat que les cousins et ne voit aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e9gitime \u00e0 cette demande : ce nom \u00e9tant toujours port\u00e9 dans la famille, il n\u2019est pas menac\u00e9 d\u2019extinction\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
