Refus cat\u00e9gorique du propri\u00e9taire\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contestation des locataires&nbsp;: ils estiment qu\u2019ils ne doivent payer que les charges r\u00e9elles du logement, ce qui implique alors de d\u00e9terminer la consommation d\u2019eau de chaque locataire selon un d\u00e9compte individualis\u00e9, et donc \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un compteur individuel. Refus du bailleur pour qui rien dans le contrat de bail ne l\u2019oblige \u00e0 mesurer la consommation r\u00e9elle d\u2019eau au moyen d\u2019un compteur individuel. D\u2019autant plus que le logement n\u2019en est pas dot\u00e9&nbsp;! Pour lui, seule une r\u00e9gularisation au regard de la superficie du logement est possible\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Raisonnement que valide le juge&nbsp;: au vu des clauses du bail et de la configuration du logement, l\u2019estimation de la consommation doit \u00eatre faite au prorata de la superficie du logement.
