C\u2019est l\u2019histoire d\u2019un automobiliste qui (ne) sait(pas) quand s\u2019arr\u00eater\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Un automobiliste s\u2019arr\u00eate \u00e0 un stop, red\u00e9marre, commence \u00e0 traverser la route\u2026 et percute un motard qui meurt sur le coup ! Poursuivi, l\u2019automobiliste est condamn\u00e9 pour ne pas avoir respect\u00e9 l\u2019injonction de la signalisation stop \u00e0 cette intersection\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sauf qu\u2019il a pourtant marqu\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat avec sa voiture, conteste-t-il, insistant sur le fait que rien ne vient justement prouver le contraire. Mais, pour l\u2019administration, nul besoin de d\u00e9tenir une quelconque justification prouvant qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas marqu\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat avec sa voiture au niveau de la ligne de stop : respecter l\u2019obligation de marquer l\u2019arr\u00eat \u00e0 un stop ne suffit pas, encore faut-il ne pas red\u00e9marrer \u00e0 l\u2019approche d\u2019un autre v\u00e9hicule. Peu importe donc que l\u2019automobiliste se soit arr\u00eat\u00e9 ou non, c\u2019est en red\u00e9marrant qu\u2019il s\u2019est montr\u00e9 imprudent\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ce que confirme le juge : arr\u00eat\u00e9 ou non, l\u2019automobiliste s\u2019est manifestement montr\u00e9 imprudent en reprenant sa route malgr\u00e9 l\u2019approche du motard\u2026 et doit donc \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9 responsable de son d\u00e9c\u00e8s !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
