Mais, faute de financement ,ils renoncent finalement \u00e0 leur achat\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Une situation dont sont responsables les acqu\u00e9reurs\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, avance le vendeur, qui demande le paiement d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9\u00a0: il consid\u00e8re, en effet, que les acheteurs auraient d\u00fb accepter l\u2019offre de pr\u00eat faite par la banque, \u00e0 hauteur de 407\u00a0000 \u20ac. \u00ab\u00a0Pas du tout\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9pondent les acqu\u00e9reurs, qui rappellent qu\u2019ils ont fait une demande de pr\u00eat conforme aux caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9finies dans la promesse de vente, pour un montant maximal de 414\u00a0000 \u20ac. Alors si la banque leur fait une proposition inf\u00e9rieure, ils ne sont pas oblig\u00e9s de l\u2019accepter.
