Mur qui n\u00e9cessite des travaux, que les voisins demandent au couple de r\u00e9aliser\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauf que ce mur ne lui appartient pas, r\u00e9torque le couple\u00a0: pourquoi payer des travaux \u00e0 propos d\u2019un mur qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas achet\u00e9\u00a0? Ni le titre de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9dig\u00e9 par le notaire, ni le plan de bornage ne font appara\u00eetre ce mur qui n\u2019est pas mentionn\u00e9 dans l\u2019acte d\u2019achat, souligne-t-il. Mis en cause, le vendeur du terrain r\u00e9torque \u00e0 son tour que le plan du lotissement, qui mat\u00e9rialise les contours du lot achet\u00e9 et dont le couple a eu connaissance, repr\u00e9sente le mur qui sert justement \u00e0 retenir le terrain achet\u00e9.
