Peu apr\u00e8s, il d\u00e9couvre que la ligne t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique de la compagne a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise sur \u00e9coute et que leur conversation est relat\u00e9e dans un proc\u00e8s-verbal (PV) de surveillance. Ce qui est illicite, selon lui\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il rappelle, en effet, qu\u2019il est interdit de retranscrire les conversations entre un avocat et son client, mais \u00e9galement entre un avocat et les proches de son client, lorsque la conversation concerne les droits de la d\u00e9fense du client.
