Il trouve un terrain qui sera finalement achet\u00e9 au nom du seul concubin qui y fait construire une maison. Rencontrant des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res, il n\u2019honore pas plusieurs \u00e9ch\u00e9ances d\u2019emprunt\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026 que la banque r\u00e9clame \u00e0 la fois au concubin et \u00e0 la concubine qui, elle, ne s\u2019estime pas concern\u00e9e\u00a0: l\u2019achat a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 au nom de son compagnon, rappelle-t-elle. M\u00eame si l\u2019emprunt a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait au nom du couple, elle n\u2019a finalement rien achet\u00e9. Et, par principe selon elle, un cr\u00e9dit immobilier non suivi dans les quatre mois de l\u2019achat d\u2019un bien immobilier s\u2019annule\u00a0: \u00e0 son niveau, elle ne doit rien\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sauf que rien n\u2019impose que tous les souscripteurs de cet emprunt ach\u00e8tent effectivement un bien immobilier, lui rappelle \u00e0 son tour le juge.
