Il demande alors \u00e0 son neveu, fils du d\u00e9funt, de participer \u00e0 ces frais&nbsp;: une obligation pour lui, estime-t-il\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019\u00e9gard de son p\u00e8re, le fils est normalement tenu \u00e0 une obligation \u00ab&nbsp;alimentaire&nbsp;\u00bbqui l\u2019oblige \u00e0 participer \u00e0 ses frais d\u2019entretien en cas de besoin, selon lui&nbsp;: cela doit se traduire ici par la prise en charge des frais d\u2019obs\u00e8ques.\u00ab&nbsp;Faux&nbsp;\u00bb, r\u00e9torque l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9, qui rappelle qu\u2019il a renonc\u00e9 \u00e0 la succession, qu\u2019il n\u2019a jamais connu son p\u00e8re et que celui-ci n\u2019a jamais cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 le contacter, ni \u00e0 participer \u00e0 son \u00e9ducation. Ce qui le d\u00e9charge, selon lui, de toute obligation alimentaire \u00e0 son \u00e9gard\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que confirme le juge: ici, le d\u00e9funt a commis une faute grave en s\u2019abstenant de participer \u00e0 l\u2019entretien de son fils.
