Malgr\u00e9 cela, le locataire refuse toujours de payer son loyer et fait appel \u00e0 la commission de surendettement\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui suppose de respecter certaines conditions, rappelle le bailleur, \u00e0 commencer par \u00eatre de bonne foi, conteste-t-il\u2026 \u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est le cas&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb, r\u00e9torque le locataire&nbsp;: 900 \u20ac de salaire et 897 \u20ac d\u2019allocations par mois avec 3 enfants \u00e0 charge, cela suffit \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer qu\u2019il est bien dans l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de faire face \u00e0 ses engagements.
