Blessure qu\u2019il reproche \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9rant le parc, qui rejette toute faute engageant sa responsabilit\u00e9, au vu du d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de l\u2019accident\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle constate que l\u2019accident a eu lieu dans une rivi\u00e8re artificielle compos\u00e9e de bassins interm\u00e9diaires et de virages dont la conception a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e expr\u00e8s pour pouvoir freiner. Par cons\u00e9quent, le particulier avait suffisamment de libert\u00e9 pour agir et ne pas se blesser\u2026 ce qui la d\u00e9douane de toute responsabilit\u00e9. Une libert\u00e9 r\u00e9duite \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de prendre les virages et \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre une pause dans les bassins interm\u00e9diaires (limit\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence des autres clients), rappelle le particulier.
