Pour trancher le litige, ils font appel au b\u00e2tonnier de l\u2019ordre des avocats qui donne raison\u2026 au client\u00a0! D\u00e9cision que l\u2019avocat d\u00e9cide de contester en justice\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\">L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Trop tard\u00a0\u00bb, selon son client, puisque l\u2019avocat a un mois, \u00e0 compter de la date de notification de la d\u00e9cision prise par le b\u00e2tonnier, pour exercer un recours en justice. Or, l\u2019avocat a ici saisi la justice un jour trop tard\u00a0: sa contestation n\u2019est donc pas recevable. \u00ab\u00a0Faux\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9pond l\u2019avocat\u00a0: puisque le d\u00e9lai pour saisir le juge expire un dimanche, il faut consid\u00e9rer que le terme du d\u00e9lai a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9 au jour ouvrable suivant, soit le lundi, date \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019avocat a saisi la justice. Donc dans les temps\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Exact\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, confirme le juge\u00a0: le d\u00e9lai d\u2019un mois, venu ici \u00e0 expiration un dimanche, a effectivement \u00e9t\u00e9 prorog\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au premier jour ouvrable suivant, soit le lundi.
