Or, les travaux de sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le voisin le privent d\u00e9sormais du soleil \u00e0 compter de 16 heures en plein \u00e9t\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Mais vous n\u2019\u00eates jamais l\u00e0\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9torque le voisin qui souligne que la perte d\u2019ensoleillement ne concerne qu\u2019une infirme partie de la maison et que ce logement n\u2019est que la r\u00e9sidence secondaire du couple qui n\u2019y est pr\u00e9sent que quelques semaines par an. Ce qui, selon lui, change tout\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pas selon le juge\u00a0: le fait que la maison soit la r\u00e9sidence secondaire du couple n\u2019emp\u00eache pas l\u2019existence d\u2019un trouble anormal de voisinage, d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019il utilise cette maison, situ\u00e9e dans une zone rurale peu peupl\u00e9e, en p\u00e9riode estivale.
