Ce que refusent ses coh\u00e9ritiers. \u00ab\u00a0De toute fa\u00e7on, vous n\u2019avez pas le choix\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9torque l\u2019h\u00e9riti\u00e8re, qui fait remarquer qu\u2019elle habite cette maison\u2026qui doit lui revenir d\u2019office\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\"> L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une r\u00e8gle pr\u00e9voit, en effet, qu\u2019un h\u00e9ritier peut se voir attribuer \u00e0 titre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel un logement quand il y a fix\u00e9 sa r\u00e9sidence effective, rappelle-t-elle. Ce qui est le cas de cette villa, preuves \u00e0 l\u2019appui\u00a0: courriers que sa m\u00e8re lui a envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019adresse de la villa, factures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 r\u00e9gl\u00e9es par elle, acte de vente notari\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sentant comme demeurant \u00e0 la villa et attestation de son inscription sur la liste \u00e9lectorale de la mairie\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-verdict\">Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Des preuves qui, selon le juge, n\u2019\u00e9tablissent pas que cette villa constitue sa r\u00e9sidence effective, mais seulement qu\u2019elle y a une adresse.
