Or, l\u2019annonce publi\u00e9e par l\u2019agent immobilier mentionnait une surface de 110 m\u00b2. Estimant qu\u2019il a commis une faute, le couple r\u00e9clame des indemnit\u00e9s\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-objet-du-litige\"> L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Hors de question\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9torque l\u2019agent immobilier\u00a0: la diff\u00e9rence de 55 m\u00b2 s\u2019explique par des travaux d\u2019agrandissement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le vendeur, sans autorisation d\u2019urbanisme.
