Fortement alcoolis\u00e9e, elle tombe du 2 \u00e8me \u00e9tage et, fatalement, se blesse\u00a0: elle met alors en cause l\u2019association, \u00e0 qui elle reproche d\u2019avoir manqu\u00e9 \u00e0 son obligation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment en favorisant la consommation d\u2019alcool\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une consommation d\u2019alcool par l\u2019\u00e9tudiante particuli\u00e8rement excessive, fait en effet remarquer l\u2019association\u2026 que l\u2019association a particuli\u00e8rement encourag\u00e9e, r\u00e9torque l\u2019\u00e9tudiante qui rappelle les incitations r\u00e9currentes des membres de l\u2019association \u00e0 boire des cocktails toute la soir\u00e9e. Sauf que l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9bri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tudiante est essentiellement d\u00fb \u00e0 une forte consommation d\u2019alcool apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9part de la soir\u00e9e \u00e9tudiante, dans sa chambre.
