Abusivement, selon l\u2019avocat, qui lui r\u00e9clame une indemnit\u00e9\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> L\u2019objet du litige <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8230; Il rappelle, en effet, que son activit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend financi\u00e8rement de son client, le chiffre d\u2019affaires li\u00e9 \u00e0 ses dossiers repr\u00e9sentant pr\u00e8s de 30 % du contentieux trait\u00e9 par son cabinet. Cet \u00e9tat de d\u00e9pendance financi\u00e8re aurait d\u00fb, selon lui, pousser son client \u00e0 respecter un d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis raisonnable avant de mettre fin \u00e0 son mandat, pour lui \u00e9viter une perte de chiffre d\u2019affaires trop brutale. \u00ab\u00a0Non\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9pond le client\u00a0: 30 % du contentieux du cabinet ne caract\u00e9rise pas un \u00e9tat de d\u00e9pendance. De plus, l\u2019avocat savait parfaitement que le traitement de ses dossiers, li\u00e9s \u00e0 un sinistre, ne durerait pas dans le temps. La rupture du contrat n\u2019est donc, selon lui, ni brutale, ni abusive\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Le verdict <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00ab\u00a0Exact\u00a0\u00bb, confirme le juge\u00a0!
