Appel\u00e9 \u00e0 trancher le litige, le premier pr\u00e9sident de la Cour d\u2019appel fixe le montant des honoraires dus \u00e0 l\u2019avocat, que celui-ci trouve trop faible\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019objet du litige<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon lui, le premier pr\u00e9sident a ind\u00fbment limit\u00e9 le montant de ses honoraires en prenant en compte, \u00e0 tort, diverses fautes professionnelles qui lui \u00e9taient reproch\u00e9es par sa cliente, dont celle d\u2019avoir fait appel d\u2019une d\u00e9cision sans son accord. Or, estime-t-il, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u2019auraient pas d\u00fb \u00eatre pris en compte dans le cadre de la fixation de sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le verdict<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que confirme le juge&nbsp;: le premier pr\u00e9sident de la Cour d\u2019appel qui est saisi d\u2019un litige relatif \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration d\u2019un avocat n\u2019a pas la comp\u00e9tence pour se prononcer sur les fautes qui lui sont reproch\u00e9es.
