M\u00e9contents, ils d\u00e9cident d\u2019interdire l\u2019acc\u00e8s au chemin aux personnes qui n\u2019en sont pas riveraines\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019objet du litige<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;comme ils en ont parfaitement le droit, selon eux, puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un \u00ab&nbsp;chemin d\u2019exploitation&nbsp;\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire une voie priv\u00e9e qui sert seulement \u00e0 la communication entre diff\u00e9rents terrains ou \u00e0 leur exploitation. Or, tous les propri\u00e9taires riverains d\u2019un tel chemin disposent du droit d\u2019en interdire l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux non-riverains. Ce qu\u2019ils ont donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire ici\u2026 Sauf, r\u00e9torque la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, que son passage sur ce chemin ne cause aucun dommage aux propri\u00e9taires riverains. Ce qui, selon elle, change tout\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le verdict<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Non&nbsp;\u00bb, tranche le juge&nbsp;: les chemins d\u2019exploitation sont pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s appartenir aux propri\u00e9taires riverains qui peuvent parfaitement d\u00e9cider d\u2019en interdire l\u2019acc\u00e8s au public\u2026 m\u00eame s\u2019ils ne prouvent pas l\u2019existence d\u2019un pr\u00e9judice&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><a
