Les droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle constituent en effet une vraie richesse, tout \u00e0 la fois actifs de l\u2019entreprise et sources de revenus potentiels. Ils lui apportent une certaine s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et une assise sur le march\u00e9. Cela lui permet de n\u00e9gocier avec ses partenaires financiers, industriels et commerciaux et de d\u00e9fendre son patrimoine. Si l\u2019innovation est un atout pour se d\u00e9marquer de la concurrence, elle co\u00fbte cependant tr\u00e8s cher aux entreprises. Toutes ne disposent pas des fonds n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face \u00e0 de tels investissements. Les pouvoirs publics en ont bien conscience et souhaitent soutenir l\u2019innovation sur le territoire fran\u00e7ais. Ainsi, certains dispositifs d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019innovation permettent de mettre en place et de financer une v\u00e9ritable strat\u00e9gie de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les aides pour financer la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le pr\u00e9-diagnostic de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le pr\u00e9-diagnostic s\u2019adresse aux PME. G\u00e9r\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bpifrance.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Bpifrance<\/a>, il permet aux entrepreneurs d\u2019\u00e9valuer gratuitement le potentiel de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle de leur structure. L\u2019entreprise b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie ainsi d\u2019une r\u00e9elle analyse de ses atouts comp\u00e9titifs et de ses perspectives. Cela permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer les contrats et de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un examen complet des outils existants ou \u00e0 mettre en place en mati\u00e8re de brevet, marque, dessin et mod\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019aide \u00e0 la faisabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019innovation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette aide concerne les PME et entreprises de moins de 2.000 salari\u00e9s. Elle incite l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 innover en l\u2019aidant dans la pr\u00e9paration de projets de recherche et de d\u00e9veloppement afin d\u2019en valider la faisabilit\u00e9 technique et \u00e9conomique. Il s\u2019agit de soutenir l\u2019entreprise au moyen d\u2019une subvention ou d\u2019une avance r\u00e9cup\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>Elle permet de financer les d\u00e9penses relatives aux :<br>&#8211; \u00c9tudes du potentiel du projet, avec ses perspectives et ses risques ;<br>&#8211; Travaux de conception, de planification, de veille, d\u2019\u00e9tude de positionnement strat\u00e9gique ; <br>&#8211; Questions de d\u00e9marche design, de recrutement et de mise en \u0153uvre de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La prestation technologique r\u00e9seau<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prestation technologique r\u00e9seau est une subvention vers\u00e9e directement au prestataire. Elle finance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 % des co\u00fbts engag\u00e9s pour le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019un premier brevet dans la limite de 10.000 \u20ac. Elle s\u2019adresse tout particuli\u00e8rement aux micros et petites entreprises. Cela permet de financer les op\u00e9rations en amont : pr\u00e9-\u00e9tudes technologiques, essais et mod\u00e9lisation, \u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 ou recherche de partenaires. La prestation technologique r\u00e9seau peut aussi venir financer les d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es au d\u00e9p\u00f4t de brevet lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La bourse French tech<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La bourse French tech alloue une subvention d\u2019un montant maximal de 30.000 \u20ac aux jeunes entreprises \u00e0 r\u00e9el potentiel de croissance, quel que soit le secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9. L\u2019entreprise doit \u00eatre immatricul\u00e9e en France depuis moins d\u2019un an. Elle doit \u00e9galement correspondre aux crit\u00e8res europ\u00e9ens de la petite entreprise, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire compter moins de 50 personnes et un chiffre d\u2019affaires inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 millions d\u2019euros. L\u2019entrepreneur personne physique peut aussi en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019il est assist\u00e9 d\u2019une structure d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement de projets innovants, de type incubateur. Cette aide \u00e0 l\u2019innovation permet de soutenir les projets n\u00e9cessitant un travail de validation technico-\u00e9conomique, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse du business model, de la faisabilit\u00e9 ou de l\u2019organisation interne de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les mesures sociales et fiscales venant en aide \u00e0 l\u2019innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le statut de jeune entreprise innovante<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le statut de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/professionnels-entreprises\/vosdroits\/F31188\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">jeune entreprise innovante<\/a> s\u2019adresse aux entreprises r\u00e9alisant un effort important de R&amp;D. Durant les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019all\u00e8gements sociaux et fiscaux. Il permet par ailleurs d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9ligible au cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t recherche. L\u2019entreprise innovante peut ainsi se concentrer sur la protection de son innovation et sur la valorisation de ses actifs (licences, cessions, etc.) afin d\u2019en assurer un rendement optimal.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les cr\u00e9dits d\u2019imp\u00f4t<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/professionnels-entreprises\/vosdroits\/F23533\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t recherche<\/a> permet de d\u00e9duire 30 % des d\u00e9penses R&amp;D jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100 millions d\u2019euros et 5 % au-del\u00e0 de ce montant. Il prend en compte les frais li\u00e9s au d\u00e9p\u00f4t et \u00e0 la maintenance du brevet, ainsi que les d\u00e9penses expos\u00e9es pour la d\u00e9fense des droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle, en cas de contrefa\u00e7on par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entreprises.gouv.fr\/fr\/entrepreneuriat\/aides-et-financement\/credit-d-impot-innovation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t innovation<\/a> est un dispositif accessible aux PME qui permet de d\u00e9duire 20 % des d\u00e9penses d\u2019innovation expos\u00e9es pour le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux produits.
