A tort, estime-t-il\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019objet du litige<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rappelant qu\u2019il reste un \u00ab citoyen europ\u00e9en \u00bb, il r\u00e9clame sa r\u00e9inscription sur les listes \u00e9lectorales : lui retirer le droit de vote aux \u00e9lections est,\u00a0selon lui,\u00a0une mesure disproportionn\u00e9e, qui d\u00e9grade sa situation administrative et personnelle en France. Mais, r\u00e9pond la commune, le Brexit\u00a0lui fait bel et bien\u00a0perdre la citoyennet\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne, car il n\u2019est plus ressortissant d\u2019un Etat membre de l\u2019UE.
