Ce&nbsp;dernier&nbsp;demande \u00e0 faire un tour en voiture, ce que le vendeur accepte. Mais&nbsp;l\u2019acqu\u00e9reur ne&nbsp;revient pas&#8230; Se rendant compte qu\u2019il s\u2019est fait voler sa voiture,&nbsp;le vendeur demande&nbsp;une indemnisation pour vol \u00e0 son assureur, conform\u00e9ment&nbsp;\u00e0 son contrat\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019objet du litige<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que refuse l\u2019assureur : aucune garantie n\u2019est due en cas de vol commis&nbsp;lorsque les&nbsp;cl\u00e9s sont \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du v\u00e9hicule. Or, son client a justement laiss\u00e9&nbsp;les cl\u00e9s dans la&nbsp;voiture pour permettre \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019acqu\u00e9reur \u00bb de faire un essai du&nbsp;v\u00e9hicule.
