Et pour lui, le\u00a0coupable est vite\u00a0trouv\u00e9 : il s\u2019agit des fum\u00e9es d\u00e9gag\u00e9es par le nouvel insert de chemin\u00e9e install\u00e9 par son voisin. \u00ab Prouvez-le \u00bb, conteste\u00a0celui-ci\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019objet du litige<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00ab Voici mes preuves \u00bb, r\u00e9torque le propri\u00e9taire qui produit alors ses propres photos de la configuration des lieux. \u00ab Et voici les miennes \u00bb,\u00a0r\u00e9torque le\u00a0voisin, \u00e0 savoir le rapport de l\u2019expert mandat\u00e9 dans cette affaire pour qui les fum\u00e9es de la chemin\u00e9e sont envoy\u00e9es par les\u00a0vents dominants dans la\u00a0direction oppos\u00e9e de la maison du propri\u00e9taire.
