Un r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement auquel elle n\u2019a toutefois pas droit, contestent ses&nbsp;cr\u00e9anciers\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019objet du litige<\/h3>\n<div>Ils rappellent que pour qu\u2019un particulier puisse b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du traitement des situations de surendettement, il faut qu\u2019il soit de bonne&nbsp;foi. Ce qui n\u2019est pas ici le&nbsp;cas de cette femme, selon eux : d\u2019une part, son endettement important r\u00e9sulte d\u2019actes d\u00e9lictueux qui ont&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 p\u00e9nalement sanctionn\u00e9s et, d\u2019autre part, elle ne&nbsp;justifie ni d\u2019un emploi, ni d\u2019aucune recherche d\u2019emploi. Des arguments&nbsp;insuffisants pour caract\u00e9riser une mauvaise foi de sa part, selon la d\u00e9bitrice qui&nbsp;maintient avoir droit \u00e0 un am\u00e9nagement de sa dette.<\/div>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Non, tranche le juge : pour lui, les arguments des cr\u00e9anciers d\u00e9montrent que la femme a bel et bien \u00e9t\u00e9 de mauvaise foi.
