{"id":18750,"date":"2020-06-19T12:36:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-19T12:36:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avoloi.eu\/?p=18750"},"modified":"2020-06-19T12:36:25","modified_gmt":"2020-06-19T12:36:25","slug":"larret-du-jour-204-la-voiture-anormalement-vieille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avoloi.fr\/blog\/larret-du-jour-204-la-voiture-anormalement-vieille\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;arr\u00eat du jour #204 La voiture anormalement vieille"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr \/>\n<h3><b><i>C\u2019est l\u2019histoire d\u2019un particulier qui ach\u00e8te une voiture d\u2019occasion\u2026 qui tombe en panne 3 jours plus tard\u2026<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Un particulier ach\u00e8te une voiture qui a 11 ans et totalise pr\u00e8s de 400 000 km et qui ne pr\u00e9sente pas de d\u00e9fauts majeurs selon un contr\u00f4le technique, r\u00e9alis\u00e9\u00a0le jour m\u00eame, que lui\u00a0remet le vendeur. 3 jours plus tard, la voiture tombe en panne\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>\u2026 L\u2019acqu\u00e9reur prend conseil aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un garagiste qui l\u2019informe alors, rapport \u00e0 l\u2019appui, que la batterie est d\u00e9fectueuse et que des d\u00e9fauts affectent les freins,\u00a0la suspension et le\u00a0syst\u00e8me de direction.
