Si un acqu\u00e9reur est rapidement trouv\u00e9 et un compromis sign\u00e9 au prix souhait\u00e9 (355 000 \u20ac), la vente n\u2019est finalis\u00e9e que 3 ans plus tard, au prix de 325 000 \u20ac. A cause des agissements fautifs de l\u2019ex-\u00e9pouse, estime l\u2019ex-\u00e9poux qui lui r\u00e9clame l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de la moins-value \u00e9gale \u00e0 30 000 \u20ac\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il rappelle qu\u2019elle a refus\u00e9 de signer l\u2019acte de vente au prix de 355\u00a0000 \u20ac, au pr\u00e9texte qu\u2019elle n\u2019\u00e9tait pas accompagn\u00e9e de son notaire, qu\u2019elle a demand\u00e9 une augmentation du prix de vente dans un contexte g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de baisse du march\u00e9 immobilier et qu\u2019elle a suspendu la vente pour obtenir des garanties dans le cadre du divorce. Reproches que son ex-femme conteste, rappelant qu\u2019elle n\u2019a fait qu\u2019user de ses droits.<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais le juge lui donne tort\u00a0: l\u2019ex-\u00e9pouse a effectivement abus\u00e9 de ses droits en refusant \u00e0 de multiples reprises de consentir \u00e0 la vente de la maison.
