Celles-ci peuvent \u00eatre formul\u00e9es soit dans la d\u00e9claration directement ou alors dans un courrier annexe. En revanche, ces r\u00e9serves ne peuvent porter que sur les circonstances de temps et de lieu de l\u2019accident ou sur l\u2019existence d\u2019une cause qui est totalement \u00e9trang\u00e8re au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le nouveau r\u00e9gime, l\u2019employeur a maintenant un d\u00e9lai fix\u00e9 \u00e0 10 jours francs pour formuler ses r\u00e9serves, \u00e0 compter de\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La date \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019employeur a effectuer la d\u00e9claration d\u2019accident du travail<\/li>\n<li>La date \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019employeur a re\u00e7u le double de la d\u00e9claration d\u2019accident du travail lorsque celle-ci \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la victime ou ses repr\u00e9sentants l\u00e9gaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces nouvelles dispositions entrent en vigueur au 1<sup>er<\/sup> D\u00e9cembre 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir du 1er D\u00e9cembre 2019, les r\u00e8gles concernant la contestation d\u2019un accident du travail.
