\u00ab Non \u00bb, r\u00e9pond l\u2019assurance maladie : ce n\u2019est pas la 1\u00e8re fois qu\u2019il envoie avec retard son arr\u00eat de travail ; et cette fois, il l\u2019a envoy\u00e9 avec 6 mois de retard ! Emp\u00each\u00e9e d\u2019exercer un contr\u00f4le de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de cet arr\u00eat maladie, elle estime que la sanction prise est donc mesur\u00e9e. \u00ab Non \u00bb, persiste le salari\u00e9 : compte tenu des d\u00e9lais postaux et des longueurs de traitement du courrier re\u00e7u par les services de l\u2019assurance maladie, celle-ci n\u2019aurait de toute fa\u00e7on pas pu diligenter de contr\u00f4le \u00e0 son encontre durant son arr\u00eat maladie. Il estime avoir donc droit \u00e0 des indemnit\u00e9s\u2026<\/p>\n
\u2026 \u00e0 tort, pour le juge, convaincu par l\u2019assurance maladie : supprimer totalement les indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res dues au salari\u00e9 est, ici, une sanction tout \u00e0 fait justifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
